I stayed at San Juan Feb, 5th to Feb 6thth. Got into the cabin after a lengthy checking process, checked the beds (sheets for cleanliness), around 5:45ish am I am woke up by things crawling on me. So I rush to the bathroom nothing was on me. Then took my phone to look at the bed and I took a photo and a video of the bed bugs they had. I started cling the office after I took a skulking hot shower throw all of my belongings outside into the freezing cold and wrap a towel around me to go out to me car to see if I had any spare clothes in there. I reached someone in the office shortly before 6am the manager said they have had this problem and an exterminator was to get rid of the problem in there (meaning the cabin). The manager said I would receive a refund. Still no refund as of yet...
