1. Date: February 2, 2021 @ 9:25PM 2. I reported to the front desk clerk that there were bed bugs in my room. She came to the room and said oh no I understand how you feel because I hate bugs too. She offered to put me into another room, but I declined because I did not want to stay at a hotel with bed bugs. She told me that they would reimburse my room rate for the night. The next morning I spoke to the Front Desk Manager and she accused me of checking into the wrong room. I told her that was the room I was assigned and that's the room that my key card opened. They did see the bed bug in my room with their own eyes.
