Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On Dec 24, I arrived at Quality Suites i was charged a additional fee when I arrived which wasn't told when you book online. As I stayed we had issue with the person above us. He was banging and jumping thru all times of the night. We complain various of time. On Dec 29 WE HAD ENOUGH. We went to front desk again and complain. That when they sent us to room 113. We changed room and went about our day. In the night as I was sleeping I felt something biting me. I turned on the light and lord to behold I saw a bedbug on me. I spacked it off. We begin to lift the sheets up and we see more bedbugs. We tell the front desk as well as show him the bed bug and bites I have they send us to another room. Next day they rent the same room to another person without cleaning it.
