2021-01-04 A few weeks ago we found a bedbug in our kitchen. Previously we have talked with other tenants of the building and they said this building has a history of pests, including german cockroaches and bedbugs. The property manager acted like bed bugs weren't an issue here in the building and tried blaming us for bringing them in (which is what he usually does according to other tenants), but when we brought up that we discussed this with other tenants he cowardly backpedaled. Apparently apartment 12 was the one with a bad bed bug problem, but they are likely moving through the outlets. So instead of spraying every few weeks like you're supposed to, he only sprays once. I would heavily advise against ever from renting here, regardless of how cheap the rent is. The property manager here is nothing short of lazy, and will be getting a call from the health department soon.
