I patronize this establishment on the 18th of December through the 20th of December on the early morning of the 20th of December I felt as if I was being bitten after further visual inspection I found egg sacs as well as dead and live bed bugs. the management treated me like a liar accused me of smoking in the room stating that they had pictures of such smoking. This is impossible as I'm sure they do not keep picture or video of people inside their rooms I would think that would be illegal and I too found cigarette butts in my bedroom they're in the hotel room that we're not mine so I don't know how they could possibly prove I smoked in there when I found it several cigarette butts in there myself. The management was argumentative evasive and still have yet to resolve any issues I've had with my stay there. It is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a hotel.
