Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Well we were there from Dec.5-2020-Dec.9-2020 and by Dec.8 I woke up to find my left hand had a very tight sensation i could barely bend my thumb or fingers well I receive a call from my daughter btw we were in room145 well my daughter said my electricity had been shut off so we decided to go back to La Quinta inn because we had really nowhere else to go so now we are in room 120 whole family and my left hand immediately has swollen and is itching uncontrollably my daughter says my hand does not appear to be well and I should go to an Urgent care while examining my hand my daughter claims I've been bitten by bedbugs I immediately go to an Urgent care facility where in fact they dx.having been bitten by an insect in the last 12hrs.So I return to the front desk by this time it is around 10pm employee Ron claims there is nothing he can do and also claims he wouldn't be Surprised by bedbugs either so we go back to our room and few hours later my daughter sees an something crawling on my grandson who been sleeping we automatically go to the mattresses and lift them and catch one crawling we put into a small jar and pack up! Now we return back to the front desk demanding a refund so we can go elsewhere instead Ron offers us another room that he claims is very clean and that he will go with us to inspect the room before staying and again my daughters left the mattresses and again find a live bedbug and also catches that one mind you my Son is recording live the whole incident with employee Ron also in the Video that was the third room 108?? Not sure at this point decide we cannot stay there and have no choice but to stay in my truck dead of Winter as well we decide to wait for the general manager "Pam" to see if I will be refunded and I am not after I explained this situation she says there must be an investigation and that i may return on Dec.18th and Pam answer was that their was Nothing found!!! By this time my electricity has be shut back on to our Surprised finally on Dec.18th 20/20 Like I said Nothing was found now my left hand is scarred and im urging that None visits that establishment ty vEry much- Jean.

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
