My name is Jesse Roberts and myself and my wife checked in to the home town inn & sweets 11/16/2020 and paid for 2 nights at 3:39 pm we brought in our luggage and and staid the first knight I woke up around 7:00 am I pulled the covers and there they where bed bugs I saw 5 or 6 but only able to get one on camera and video I called the front desk and informed them about the bugs it took them 30 minutes to come up and see when the manager got there he began to tell me I was wrong that it was a beatle he then offered to move us but we would have to wait almost 3 hours for the house keeper to clean us a new room and was going to leave us in there until otherwise so I then asked him for my money back and for my belongings to be professionally cleaned once again he denied me so we where forced to throw away all our clothes which was about 600 dollars in clothes and 300 in shoes the manager did refund me for one knight and wouldn't do anything else he then lies to my face and said they have never had a complaint about bed bugs but if you check the reviews they have just 10 months ago; they had one the manager also took the bug and would not give it to me for my evidence but no one should stay there until they have need cleared.
