November 13th checked in. In the middle of the night(3:40 a.m.)I was awakened with bites from bedbugs. I documented the incident from the bite and the actual bugs themselves. I went to the desk clerk and reported the incident. The clerk gave every excuse not to check in to the matter. I offered her photo proof as well to come into the room and see for herself. She refused to come out. As well refused to write up an incident report. The clerk also informed me that there was nothing she could do until in the morning. Finally she gave in and just gave me another room. In which I never entered. She then stated that she would call the owners to have a refund authorized and that if they approved, would then mail me a check. Morning has come and I returned to the desk and requested the incident report again. The clerk again refused. Citing the fact that there has to be proof and she has to call the owners because she has pest control documentation indicating they are bug free.
