Stayed there March 2021. Staff was terrible, could never get a hold of front desk. I didn’t find the bed bugs until the last night when I found a blood droplet on my pillow case. Even then I wasn’t entirely sure until guess what...THEY CAME HOME WITH ME AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTERMINATOR!

I reserved a two bed room for two nights for $112 plus a $100 incidental hold for 11/10-11/11. I woke up early morning, still dark, around 5am, on 11/11, to a bed bug on my face. Further inspection of the bed revealed at least three active bedbugs and bedbug excrement in the sheets. I immediately removed my belongings from the room and asked the front desk attendant for a refund. He said to have Priceline call the hotel, which they did, and they were told to call back in an hour when the Manager would be in. On the second call, the Manager said no refund would be approved until they had an inspection. I was livid. He told me to calm down or he’d call the police on me?! I was perfectly calm, I just wanted my money back, and he didn’t want to give it to me. In the end, a refund was issued for 11/11, but not for 11/10. The Manager would not look at any of my photos or my wounds, but he did ask if I wanted an ambulance?!?

July 31, 2021 Found bedbug under daughters pillow. Took it to front desk where they apologized, gave full refund and we checked out I’m a doctor in the ER. I’ve seen my fair share of bed bugs. Disgusting
