Had confirmed reserv for 10/21 - 10/25, twin beds. Were turned away from hotel "no rooms" maintenance issues. A maintenance man (Michael) said at least 2 rooms were ready to rent. We were told Room 130 available after 9:30 pm, so checked in. About 2300, found bed bugs, got Michael who sprayed bed bug killer. about 2345, still had bed bugs, told mgr, who sent Richard & Michael to spray again, and move King bed outside. We slept on 2 rollaways, and sprayed the next day, and the next day. Owner JD wanted to move the bed back in - we said no. Checked out 1 day early, owner JD said we'd get a partial refund, but Mgr was in the shower at 1100 on 10/24, but he'd get us a partial refund. After 6 calls to manager, on 11/5 he said if I'd come by the office, he'd give a partial refund, otherwise no refund. Have pictures of ankle bites, bed bugs, and video of bed bugs on the bed and bedding.
