Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I stayed in this hotel October 24-25, 2020. Despite being non-smoking, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. Walking down the hall to my room made my eyes water. People were smoking weed right outside of the rear entrance to the lobby. We reserved two rooms, and in one of them, the air conditioner was not working . When we went down and asked for another room, the front desk person had an attitude and tried to act like it was our fault. She claimed that she couldn't due to COVID, but she eventually gave us another room, with a rude demeanor and her awful fake blonde weave. She couldn't have been that worried about COVID, since neither she, nor the other person behind the desk were wearing masks. The rooms had bed bugs, and I was bitten several times. Front Desk staff were unconcerned the next morning. The hotel building itself is not the worst. Mildly renovated, but still plain. Definitely aged. Would definitely NOT stay here again.
