My husband and I recently stayed at the Omni San Diego hotel. (October 11-13, 2020) We woke up covered in bed bug bites after the first night in the room 2013. Management sent to our room a ‘trained technician’ to hunt down the bed bugs.. Despite the visible bites, management did not offer a solution and declined to refund us for the nights since we purchased our stay through a third party.. Avoid this hotel!
