October 9th, 2020 Arrived around 8 o'clock at night and checked back out within 10 minutes. Pulled the sheets back and there was a bed bug larvae, large 3inch blood stains on sheets, black speckles all over sheets. Went to desk and asked for owner to get refund so we can leave, Heather stated "I'll just change the sheets" was refused refund, "only the manager can give refunds". Called back every day trying to get ahold of an owner that goes by "BJ" no staff there know his real name, and state he has been gone in India for 2 weeks, Finally got ahold of person who claims to be owner today, 10/16/2020. The owner immediately says "I don't give refunds" The owner tells us the only option we have is to attempt to dispute through our bank, I asked the owner I was speaking to for his name 6 times and after the 6th time the owner hung up the phone. Called back right after owner hung up on me and a Chris answers the phone saying the owner is not even there and he doesn't know who we spoke with, that him and heather are the only workers there.
