10/02-10/06 Several bites and bad itch developed first night and progressively got worse. Found bed bug in bathroom 10/06, took photo, called health department and notified front desk. Manager did not call back nor give any sort of refund. Staff seemed to be indifferent. Gave them the trapped bed bug.
