On Saturday, 10/03/20 I checked in to room 424. After taking luggage to room, I went to eat. Upon returning, I went to bed and pulled back the covers and notice bed bugs on the pillows. There were several of them. I took a picture of one and went to the front desk. This was now about 4pm. I told the desk agent of the issue and emailed her the picture I took. After looking in there software, she told me they had no other rooms. The woman also told me I could sleep in my truck in the parking lot. Of course, I refused and left the property. The next day (Sunday) I received a text from the hotel, but no call. It said “we will need to have an extermination expert come to decide if they were in fact bed bugs. I stay over 300 night each years around the US on business and I know what they look like and the front desk agent even confirmed what they were.
