9/3/2020 Purchased a last minute room and checked in around five in the evening. This was a floor room with water beach view. Took my little ones to the pool. We got in bed to sleep around 10 pm. My littles kept waking up to scratch while sleeping next to me. When I thought maybe it was the chlorine I got lotion to put on their legs. When Pulling back sheets I started seeing bed bugs scatter from underneath my children. This was at midnight. I got straight out of bed got my eldest up. Woke up husband in other bed. He was covered in them as well. Each corner was filled with eggs to full grown adults. My children are covered in bites as myself. As well my little ones didn’t get back to sleep until around 4 am from showering changing and all the room changes packing up an quarantining all our items. All my stuff is still bagged and sitting in my garage. They only refunded our night there. As they tried to heat All my items in the dryer they melted my suitcase. Other rooms we were sent to looked as if they had some bugs at some point but were no longer there. I haven’t slept In two nights from this. I will be on edge for the next month wondering if we brought any home. I have pictures and video of everything for proof. This wasn’t just a few that found shelter this was a infestation!
