Checked in at the Horseshoe Tunica on 28 Aug with a checkout date of 30 Aug. Had notice some itching around my ankles the next day, but only saw some minor redness and did not give it a second thought. That night 29 Aug 2020 (Sat) the itching got worst but I thought it was due to a mosquito bite. When I got home to North Carolina on 30 Aug 2020, I notice welts starting around my ankles which also started up my legs (I do have photos). I still had no idea what was happening to me until I found out it was bedbug bites, this was not until today, 1 Sep 2020, 3 days later. I call Caesars Horseshoe and was told by a Ms Tasha to report it to hotel security, I contacted a Mr Tillman, and he said he would inform his supervisor. I have yet to receive a follow-up call from the hotel. Note: It took several calls to the hotel before I got to this point, had to contend with miss directed calls or people hanging up on me.
