Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

8/30/20 checked in...went to sleep at 1030pm....awoke at 1230am to itching on hand....turned on lights and pulled cover and found a bed bug. Captured it and put in plastic cup and covered with toilet paper. Pulled cover back more and saw another bug and captured it and added it to the 1st, may have mushed it. Brought to front desk and clerk looked frightened...offered to change rooms which we did. In the morning, went out to get coffee and noticed maid changing previous room. No one informed her. Seemed like business as usual. We checked out. I asked to make a formal complaint, woman said only verbal complaints exist....she seemed disinterested like this has happened too many times to care.
