Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I had booked the hotel from July 22nd 2020 departing on July 25th 2020. The morning of July 23rd I had what looked like a rash or hives and was itchy. I woke up on July 24th and I was covered in marks all over my body aside from where my under wear covered. They told me they would get me new sheets or a new room when I returned from work. I went to a urgent care room and they informed me I had bits from bed bugs. I talked to the front desk attendant and said I am checking out early as I just want to drive home at this point. They comped my 1 night and sent me on my way. Absolutely ridiculous. I spent over 120 nights in hotel rooms last year and this was my first experience post Covid.
