7/09/2020. I've been to emergency room 2 times for bites all over my body from bed bugs...the management has done nothing..they told me wait to tomorrow they will look at the room...I'm being eaten alive...They have a maintenance man here named Tim who says he doesn't work here ...but he does..everyday...he's passive aggressive ...told me they have a heat machine to kill bedbugs but has not offered it on my room...I feel this building is unsafe and the management is in neglect..not listening to customers... denying they have bedbugs...this motel is hell..I've got huge red bumps all over from bedbug bites..I was treated at yreka ER...Twice..I've had bites all over me since March and the antibiotics are not working...I'm scared I might die..I'm serious
