On 6/11/2020 My family and I arrived at a townhouse rented out by Ricardo Dusson in the Carriage Pointe subdivision located in Celebration, FL. I ALWAYS (upon arrival) inspect the bedroom's mattresses and boxsprings prior to sitting on the bed, or unloading luggage or laying anything on the beds. I need to make sure that the place is safe and clean. The townhouse itself was beautifully decorated and located in a nice area, but me and my family spent all of 10-15 minutes in the house. Ricardo's town house, 888 Assembly Court in Celebration, FL has bed bugs!!! The bed in the master bedroom was infested with bed bugs!! They were not only all in the bed, they were also all on the night stand next to the bed. I promptly contacted Ricardo and I provided pictures of the bed bugs and a video of one of them crawling on the bed. Ricardo apologized repeatedly and offered to place us in another home. We did not accept another location. My family and I left immediately and checked into a hotel. Ricardo did fully refund the monies that I paid for the stay.
