My reservation was for July 30th 2021. I checked in very late and went right to my room. After driving around a very sketchy parking lot I found my room. I walked in to a dirty floor with something sticky, beer bottle caps on the floor under the table, an empty Gatorade bottle on the side of one of the beds. The beds appeared to be made but there was vomit on one. I pulled the comforter back on the other bed (that had a dead fly on it) and there were food crumbs and bed bugs. There were cockroaches crawling around as well. I immediately left and requested a refund. The front desk provided me with management’s info and said I had to call him Monday. When I called I was placed on hold for ten minutes so I called back and asked to speak with him about my visit for a refund. RP replied with “I am very busy I don’t have time for this.” He then hung up on me.

I checked into room 102 on 6/9/20. At around 10:30 pm I went to get in bed and noticed a bed bug crawling across the bed. I left my things and checked out. Management didn't seem to care, they didn't apologize or react in any way. I hope they take care of it but with the condition of the room it doesn't look like they have dealt with anything yet.
