Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Check in on April 1st, check out April 2nd. 2020 First reaction was to deny that there is any possible way because they maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The first room that I was in was heavily dusty, not vacuumed, bed spread and bed skirts visibly ripped. In a hotel that was nearly empty, that they gave me that room was confusing. Later on, the bed bugs were discovered. I presented them with one I caught and they said they would keep it to submit to a supervisor the next day. Basically, they were not going to do anything to rectify the situation that day. Had to beg to move to another room. Caught another bed bug and the next morning, when I spoke to the supervisor and asked for a refund, they said no.

Nov 9 2021 2.30am. Management moved us 3 rooms where we found bedbugs and other types of bugs. They just collected and cleaned the room. Not treated well.
