My fiance and I checked in on the 30th of May at 7pm and checked out at 9pm. The room has roaches and bedbugs. We were laying on the bed when he saw a roach crawling on the wall. He got up to kill it and that when he noticed that there was a bedbugs crawling right beside me. We immediately took pictures and video. Went to the front desk and for a refund and they mentioned that the manager wasn't there. Went back the next day and was also told he wasn't there. I had the clerk contact him and mentioned to me that he would have to check with other people before he could help me and refused to provide an refund. I contacted the reservation company who was also told the same thing by the manager.
