4/29/2020 i was awakened by itching and i could not get it to stop so i could not go back to sleep and got up and it was 4:04 a.m. and noticed bites and i have been here 3 nights and after the 1st night noticed a rash on my legs and it still has not went away was planning on staying a 4th tonight but as i was checking my bed that i was sleeping in for any sign of cause for my rash and bites and itch i killed bugs and googled what they might be under my mattress and in the boxspring holding the mattress and after realizing they were what i thought to be bed bugs i put one of the dead bugs on my room key which is card type and proceeded up front to notify management and he came out front and i handed him the dead bug and he said what is the matter? i told him i believe you have bed bugs and he said okay i will switch you rooms and i said no i do not want another room because if one room has them in the bed they all do and he said i will give you half your money back. WOW REALLY i am applaud that he was not more concerned about the business he is operating in this manner allowing bedbugs to be no problem to him!!!!!!!! I took a deep breath and looked at him and said i want you to know that i am reporting this to you because it is serious and am not here for anything you could do to make it right with me i want you to know not everyone would be as calm and nice enough to bring the issue to your attention so i am going to see how i need to go about reporting my concern above you because i know all guests here would be as unhappy as me and all he had to say is it will not shut me down so i walked out researched some more on google on how to report his hotel for bedbugs and was satisfied to think that you all may be able to help. I am filing my report on your online service hoping this issue can be resolved because i have stayed here one other time for 5 nights back in January 2020 and did not have this experience and with his statement of how he wouldn't be shut down if i reported tells me i believe to think he may have been reported before and no one has helped him to make his business better while i am very upset on the issue i plan on looking into suing him if no one can help resolve this matter because I am ready to just leave and probably should but want to know that he is doing what is best to make it better for all his guests and i can honestly say after his rudeness of not showing concern i will not be back!!!!!!!!
