Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1. Dates: Check in:Feb 29,2020. Checked out: March 5,2020. Date of bed bug bites March 3,2020 Reported bed bug bites morning of 3/3/20.They sent housekeeping to room to check for bugs,inspected mattresses,carpets,walls. Housekeeping cleaned room and sent Maintenance to spray chemicals. I left for the day to avoid chemical treatment,arrived end of day to noticeable chemical smell. Housekeeping states they did not see bedbugs.I stayed 2 more nights and found bedbug on bed in middle of night on sheet.Slept in car, removed my items, discarded 3 pieces of luggage, waited until office opened in the morning of March 5,2020.Showed Manager,Louis,bedbug found.He apologized and refunded previous nightâ€™s stay, cancelled future reserved days. Attaching photograph of bedbug found (placed in ziplock bag) at Suburban Extended Stay on March 5,2020 or refer to previous report that was deemed incomplete report.
