I had jst arrived with my 3 kids @ about 3am-ish july of 2019 & we had 2 beds where their separated into 2 diff. Rooms. My 8 & 10yr old were asleep my 18yr old & i jst barely got lights out & in bed near 4:30am & about 10 min.later i see the front light turn on. So i go see whats wrong as my 10 & 8yr old were in the front bed. My daughter had jst hit something she felt on her leg & was able to kill it & as i took it & looked @ it, sure enough it was a very small bed bug(that didnt have the redish color to it) & she said i dont no if im jst deleriously tired but i couldve swear i saw something darker & bigger. But we couldnt see anything just around the area she was. So we took my 10yr old made her a palet in the floor with our own cover. & we slowly & methodically began with both our cell ph lights on started taking ea. Cover off looking ea. White sheet over front & back & still didnt see anything else. Then as i checked the mattress as best i could with the zipped cover i unzipped looked as far as i could then we started slowly putting ea. Sheet. Back on to check them one more time & low & behold she wasnt delerious it was a bigger mre. Darker but still smaller (but 4/sure bigger than the other) & all in all it was 3 little ones we found (it was no mngr. @ frmt desk or any hotel employee) a laundry lady checked us in. But the next day i went to tell the lady she acted shocked as if shed never seen or delt with such an issue before. But as i told her i have them dead now but all contained in a plastic container with 2 plastic bags tightly tied. Jst so they could see that i no what im seeing. But they wouldnt change us rooms cuz of the # of ppl was a fire code blah blah etc etc so i sent my 2 girls home to midland with my mom. As it was now just me & my 8yr old. & due to over booking & no rooms we had to stay in that room for the week we already paid before theyd switch us rooms i had to ask for a roll of quarters for the dryers. I had laundry come get all of their front room covers. I didnt see anything in the 2nd room bed. (Which is where we finished out that week) as the mngr. Never tlked to me jst directed the wrker. To comp us 2 days & that was that, as if it was no big deal to them. I did tke pics. Of EVERYTHING & I EVEN TOOK PICS OF MY KIDS & ANY BITES THEY HAD & (ITS DEF. ALOT WORSE CASES NO DOUBT BUT ITS VERY CLEAR WE SHOUDLNT HAVE HAD TO ENDURE NONE OF THAT.) I EVEN TOOK A VIDEO WITH THE BIGGEST & FASTEST RUNNING ONE IT DEF. TOOK 2 OF US TO KEEP UP WITH THAT ONE AS I MADE SURE TO RECORD IT & MADE SURE TO GET WHAT ROOM # WE WERE IN SO THAT THEIR WAS NOOOOO MISTAKING THAT THE VIDEO I WAS TAKING WAS DEFINITELY FOR THAT VERY ROOM!!! IM NOW ALL THESE MNTHS LATER STILL DEALING WITH THE INS. CO. & IM DOING MY OWN RESEARCH ONTO WHAT WOULDVE BEEN THE PROPER PROTOCOL & PROCEDURES THEY SHOULDVE FOLLOWED AS THEY SEEMED TO FOLLOW THE FIRE CODE POLICY BUT DEEM TO PICK & CHOOSE WHICH ONE TO FOLLOW. THE MNGR THERE, COULDNT EVEN TKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 TRAINING COURSE & STILL B CALLED A "MNGR.WITH ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL" & THATD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT IF THEIRS ANYTHING BELOW *F* FOR *F*AILURE IS SHE WOULD FOR SURE BE DESERVING OF IT!!! I WAS SO DISGUSTED & DISMAYED & FLABERGASTED @ THIS LADY & HOW SHE BLATENTLY LIED & TRIED TO GUILT TRIP ME, IS I WAS SO UPSET I RARELY CRY IN PUBLIC BUT I WAS JUST SO OUTDONE & STRESSED AS WE WERE WAITING ON OUR NEW HSE. TO GET READY & THIS WOMAN IS JST DESPICABLE & DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST. BUT AS I WAS DOING SOME RESEARCH THIS CAME UP. & I JST WANTED TO MAKE KNOWN OUR EXPERIENCE AS I AM CURRENTLY STILL GOING THRU. IT ALL & AM REALLY WANTING TO SEE THIS REPORT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE WHEN SUCH A REPORT ON A ROOM WAS MADE. HOW DO I GET THIS REPORT & AS I DONT HAVE AN ATTY. IN OUR CASE IM FAMILIAR WITH FILING F.O.I.A. REQUESTS & WONDER WOULD THAT BE A WAY OF GETTING IT. BECAUSE I DONT TRUST THEIR INS. CO. TO GIVE IT TO ME OR THE CORRECT ONE ANYWAYZ AS THEY ATTEMPTED TO GET THE SAMPLES FROM ME BUT I NEW IF THEY DID THEYD JST SAY THEY NEVER RECIEVED NOTHING SO I STILL HVE THE DEAD SAMPLES AWAITING TO SEE THE RESPONSE ON MY LAST EMAIL FRM THE INS. I SENT YESTERDAY. SO ID LIKE TO NO HOW TO UPLOAD OUR PICS & OR VIDEO IF I MAY. IF YOU CAN GET BACK TO ME @ MY EMAIL & LET ME NO HOW TO DO SO TO PROVE WHAT IM SAYING IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH & NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH *UNFORTUNATELY* THANX, JOBIE & KIDS. jobiegaildalton21574@gmail.com
