October through January 2019-2020 time frame. Multiple family members bitten. Apartment manager was very defensive and rude about the issue. Exterminator came out one time, after being told by the apartment manager she would put me down for a second spray/powder.... the exterminator never showed up and I later found out that she lied to me and never put me on the list. Had to throw all our furniture out, will not be compensated for it at all through the community or our renters insurance. Exterminator was professional and found evidence that WE DID NOT bring them in the apartment when we moved in back in July!
