Found bed bugs in bed. 11/30/2019 Management was concerned. Apologized. I felt that he would take care of the issue. Handled things very professionally. Granted a refund.

On 2/23/2023 @ about 3:33 my boyfriend and i checked into our hotel,went to our room hung out on our balcony. We decided to go get us something to eat. At about 1:30 am I fell asleep . I got woke up at 2:30am with my boyfriend saying we have a problem. I got up and he showed me bed bugs in our bed. We got our things together and I went to front desk told the lady I needed to check out due to bed bugs. She told me the manager would be in around 10am on the 25th and she would make a report of it and he would refund me. We drove an hour and half back to our home and called at about 11am manager wasn't there the lady said he was in a meeting, I called again about an hour later and was told the same thing. About 230pm I drove the hour and half again went to hotel and was told manager still wasn't there and was still in a meeting I told them who I was and that I was back in town and to call me. About 6pm I went back to hotel and was told the same thing , that manager wasn't there and wasn't sure when he would be in. We drove back to our home an hour and half away. I called back to hotel and a gentleman told me that a report was made and he asked me if I was in room 233 I said yes and I explained I live hour and half away. He said they were gonna refund me the total amount of $272.20 and it would go back on my card, I explained that I didn't use a card I laid cash and I had already driven up there and I had just walked backed into my home. He said he would call me by 12:00pm on Sunday 2/26/2023 and tell me how we could resolve this problem without me having to drive again. I didn't get a phone call on 2/26/2023 and on 2/27/2023 at about 8:30am I called to hotel again asked for the manager and was told he wasn't in. Not resolved.
