On November 23rd 2019 I arrived in Reno Nevada about 7 p.m. and didn't have much money so I was looking for the most valuable hotel I could get but the cleanliness was a factor to so I arrived at the EZ 8 motel on West Street I went in and asked how much for a room he told me $80 with a $20 deposit I said perfect that's what I'm looking for he gave me room number 27 I went up to the room open the door set my belongings down turn around left went Nate dinner went to the casino for a couple hours when I returned at midnight to my room my roommate pulled his covers back and saw a bed bug actually about five of them and I said no way so I pulled my covers back and the first thing I saw was a bunch of bed bugs scattering to get out of the way of me my roommate that was with me mr. Jimmy he moved the beds around everything like you're supposed to in the protocol that they tell you to do and I'm just going to say it was horrendous there are more bed bugs and I had seen in my life and I'd only seen them once in my life before as I'm 34 years old I told him do not unpack your stuff and get everything and get out of here go to the car I'm going to the office and going to take care of this and get our money back the management was very courteous about the situation and did give me my money back in but they never apologize or said sorry about this to me as I was in town for a funeral my uncle had just died and then a funeral was the next day so long story short I got sit in my car with no sleep before my uncle's funeral it was bad day of my life going to one of those things and how I was treated the night before trying to be comfortable and clean so I just want to report this so if nobody else is suited to this kind of also the staff at the hotel told me we will be closing our hotel down Monday 25th of November 2019 I just now called that motel and tried to rent a room and they lied to me they are still renting rooms out and they did not close this down so I'm going to do everything in my power to have them close down find whatever I got to do I will be speaking with Washoe county I have a bunch of pictures that I could post or I could give to the Washoe county health department thank you very much for your time and listening to what I had to say God bless I hope nobody subjected to this ever again at EZ 8 motel room number 27...
