1. Arrived on Nov 16. Checked for bed bugs, but the mattress had just been replaced so it was hard to tell. Myself and 3 other women were sharing the room. The 2 women in the bed near the bathroom experienced bites. Since the other woman and I did not experience bites, we all assumed the other 2 were allergic to something. Every night it got worst. We finally decided to look for bed bugs with our friend who is a board certified entomologist and he found them. 2. One of the roommates of the hotel room talked with the manager. He agreed to not charge for the room and covers the stay at another hotel for the last night. He didn’t even bother to check the room or our evidence for the bed bugs! We have a whole vial of them and he didn’t seem concerned. Very dismissive and at first was only going to relocate us to another room and not charge for one night.

In town for a conference from 11/17/19-11/20/19. We reported the issue after realizing that we were COVERED in bites. The manager only offered to move us into a new room. We insisted in him moving us to a new hotel. This was after 11 pm, the manager couldnt even get us a cab to the new hotel, and when reimbursement for items lost was brought up, he said "oh you can just put them in our dryers". Unbelievable. The mattresses were new and at least one other room was infested to his knowledge, do this is a known issue that they have chosen to do nothing about. Horrible experience, disgusting hotel and gross mismanagement of the situation. I have filed a report with the health department.
