Arrived Sunday, July 5, 2020 to Sat, July 11. Room seemed fine. Never stayed there before as we annually rent house. But due to addl unexpected guests had to go to hotel for first week. Wed had 3 or 4 bumps. Husband had none. Thurs a few more. Friday. Oh my heavens.. all over me itching so bad. Went to Mendocino Hospital Clinic. Dr.said bedbugs and would probably have to report to County Health Dept but sure they didn't cause of COVID issues going on. Got 50 % refund. Had to throw out luggage, backpacks. etc. Very upset cause we stayed addl week at rental house, and drove by and saw all rooms filled next day. Sad. We are originally from Ft Bragg and take our family there for vacation because to our grown sons and their families this is home.

After staying over Veterans day weekend Nov 8th and 9th 2019. Upon arriving we noticed sheets had several blood spots. Didn't inspect room, having never dealt with bed bugs, and awoke next morning finding several bites and one dead bug in sheets. Later at home found couple more bed bugs in luggage. Manager showed no concern and just insisted there's no chance they can have bed bugs despite pictures I had.

We stayed from Thursday December 26th to Sunday December 29th. We found the bed bugs Sunday morning. One was on my phone on the table. We then searched the bed and found an Infestation on the box spring under the cover. We told the man behind the counter and he wasn't too concerned and offered to let us use the laundry room. I asked for a refund and he only gave me $40. We had to bag everything we brought and spent all day washing and drying our clothes. There were bugs in our clothes. Our things are still in plastic bags outside. We have endured so much stress and spent a lot of money on laundry and bed bug spray. This motel needs to get reprimanded for ruining ours and others lives. This is unacceptable. They need to be shut down and made to comply with the correct way to get rid of bed bugs.

We stayed there from 7/8-7/10. We planned to stay longer but left immediately after finding a bed bug in a pillow. The manager seemed alarmed, and gave us a discounted rate on the room. But I later found out that some friends stayed there at the same time and were covered in bites. They went to the local doctor who said it was the 5th recent complaint they had heard from that hotel.
