We checked into the Hotel San Francisco Elite on Saturday November 12, 2019 at 3 pm. And checked out on Sunday the November 13, 2019 at 10 am. Right off the bat we noticed a horrible smell in the room that never faded away during our stay. The room was dirty and caked with grime but that’s all we noticed at first. We decided to just ignore it as we were only staying for one night. It was a horrible decision to stay the night. In the morning we both woke up itching and noticing little red bumps on our arms legs and feet. I got up and began to inspect and sure enough there were bed bugs crawling in the pillows and sheets of the bed I just slept in! I even found bugs crawling on the floor. We captured some of the bugs as proof in a plastic cup and also took pictures and a video of one crawling across a pillow. I was horrified and disgusted and rushed to bag up our stuff to get out ASAP. As we were checking out there was a couple in front of us complaining about bed bugs in their room as well. I told the lady at the front desk about our horrible experience and showed her the video and pictures. We demanded a refund. The lady proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do for me and that the bedbugs must have been from the people who stayed in the room previously. I was so angry. I told her that I overheard the other couple talking about bedbugs and she told me there were no bugs in their room and she doesn’t know what I was talking about. She completely denied the fact that they were infested despite my proof and did not offer a refund, discount or anything! After I left I found multiple complaints and reports of the hotel San Francisco elite online, which contained photos of bedbugs! I can’t believe they completely deny their bedbugs problem despite all of this proof and continue to allow guest to spend money and check in. This is a horrible business with very unprofessional owners and staff who do not care about their clients and refuse to fix their problem.

On 12/30/19 I checked into elite inn and fell asleep. I woke up to several bed bugs crawling on my pillow. I let the staff know and they moved me to another room that had bed bugs crawling on the floor. I left in the middle of the night for another hotel and did get my money back. Don't stay here!
