Checked out Nov 3 . Woke up after the first day covered in what looked like mosquito bites my boyfriend was covered as well by bed bugs. So gross. I talked to management he said he would go check the room and give me a call and that they usually spray every month. Basically dismissed the issue and did nothing. I could tell they probably have had many complaints before by the reaction. He was not surprised he just didn’t want me to ask for a refund. We took pictures because it was just so many bite marks all over our arms and legs. They should be ashamed. Yes it was a motel but it was still 100$+ a night
