I checked in this hotel August 6 2019 around 7pm. Me and my nephew. We were sleep by 10pm. He woke up around 11:30pm to go to the bathroom. He cut on the light, which woke me up. I felt something crawling on my arm. I knocked it off. I saw it was a bug but it got away. I told my nephew I'm not getting back in this bed until I find it. He helped me look. When he pulled back the covers there it was. A bed bug. I took a picture of it then wrap it a napkin. I put it in a cup and took it to the front desk. The lady at the desk stated she can put me in another room. I said no I'm leaving. I had a reservation for 2 nights. This was the first night. I told her I wanted a refund. The lady stated she couldn't give me a refund. She needed a manager's approval. She gave me the managers card and told me to call back that morning. I called. The manager stated that the refund was given last night. She stated that they would have someone come in and inspect the room. Then she said that their mattresses were encased and wasn't sure how they had bed bugs. I told her that doesn't mean you don't have them. Then she stated again that she had an exterminator coming in to inspect the room.
