October 12, 2019 Immediately after we got into the room the amount of roaches was completely staggering. Within 2 hours of being in the room we were well aware of the bed bug problem. There were tell tale signs of small dark stains around the edges of the sheets and pillows. The first bites I received were during the day and I was sitting on the edge of the bed looking at my phone. I was bit five times in a zig zag at my waist level. It happened every night from then on. I have bites on my forehead back of my neck breast forearms upper arms pinky finger and stomach. The manager was notified immediately after we arrived and the first bites occurred. Pictures of bites and bug were seen. We were told we could pay $20 and change rooms and that they thought we could have brought them on purpose. It was ignored.

On June 12th 2024 at 7:45pm I went to the office with pictures of the bedbugs on my bed. The office staff immediately became defensive and said I should not have removed the sheets on the bed. I requested that they spray or move me to a different room. They told me they aren't going to move me or spray because I shouldn't have removed the sheets. He said you've been here for 14 days and are just now complaining. I explained that we were getting ate up at night time and just now found the infestation today after searching the bed. I took pictures as well. Will never spend a dime here again.
