I arrived on October 3rd which was a Thursday. I typically read reviews which people had left saying they were eaten by bed bugs but this time I was exhausted from driving from NC and needed sleep fast. My husband woke up the next morning covered in bites on his fingers which were swollen and all over his body. I only had one bite that I am aware of. I didn’t realize what it was at first. I said maybe it’s fleas. He went to work and I started reading the reviews and about bed bugs. He came back we slept another night but this time he woke up furious itching all over and said we can’t stay here. I went to tell the older Indian gentleman there were black and clear dots all over the sheets I need new ones he said”I don’t know sheets come back tomorrow “. He was so rude. So I picked up the mattress when I got back to the room and there they were I have two dead ones in a cup and took a picture. I went to Walmart got trash bags and put all my stuff in bags and loaded the car. I went back to the desk and now a younger Indian guy was there and I said look you have bed bugs and my husband got so ate up he may need medical attention. He said all I can do is refund $85 for the night you’re not staying. We don’t give refunds for nights stayed. I checked out quickly and soon went home.
