On September 26th 2019 I got a room for the night. I immediately checked the bed as I do every hotel I stay at and found a serious infestation of bedbugs. I immediately notified the owner of the hotel who came in and saw all the bugs himself And did not seem that upset I asked for another. Room at which time he stated he did not have another Room I ask for refund he said that they did not do refunds that he would come in and take care of the bug situation 10 minutes later he did come in had a plastic garbage bag and proceeded to ask me to help him take the sheet and the zipper sheet off of the bed and place it in the bag which I did. I have not seen him since for the remainder of my stay and actually did not sleep on the bed at all. He said he would personally get rid of the bugs. I truly believe that this place has not been sprayed for bugs in quite a while. There are also mice running around in most of these rooms Although Neil the owner does hand out mouse traps that you can put down yourself But if you have more than one mouse you have to re use the mouse traps which he says is just fine
