9/25/2019 Our apartment building found bed bugs about 3 months ago. I'm upstairs on the left in a 4 family flat. The tenant downstairs on the right had a massive infestation. I've only found 3 live bugs in my apartment. I've been bitten many times, still being bitten & our apartment has been treated by a professional exterminator 3 times. They did not use heat. I've been to my doctor & am now taking medication related to panic attacks & anxiety from bed bugs & being bitten. We have been living out of bags since the beginning. It is a nightmare. The management has paid for professional extermination but if they had used the more expensive option of heat I would not still be getting bitten. Very disappointing & very upsetting. The treating, cleaning, etc of ALL of your belongings is a never ending process. Along with the many inconveniences that come with this, my family can not come over to visit or have dinner nor do I feel comfortable going out in fear of spreading them to family. 3 months & it's not over yet.
