9/21/2019 Notified office by 7:30 am after realized the blood and bugs were in the beds. They arrived to the cabin and told us they were brought in by another tenant a month prior and treated, but didn't tell us until we told them we had bedbugs. They gave us quarters to heat all of our belongings and trash bags to put our belongings in. We got all of our stuff from the cabin asap and dried it all for 60-80 minutes on perm press (bags, clothes, everything) and are praying not to bring them home. They only said that the traps were clean so they deemed the cabin inhabitable. I told them they had to personally check the cabin next time, at night on bedding, and notify a potential camper as we would have never stayed here had I known. Very disappointed in the upfront handling.
