Fall Rod Run 2019 We paid well over $2000 for a 2 night stay in a 9 bedroom cabin as there were 26 family members staying. After going to bed the first night, we quickly realized the cabin was severely infested with bed bugs. Maintenance came by to verify our claim and commented that he had never seen anything like it. Management moved all 26 of us (including 11 small children) at 3am to a smaller cabin of which most of our family have to sleep in recliners and on the floor as this cabin did not accommodate for all of us. Management has only offered a $100 refund. Multiple family members have had to see doctors for treatment of the bites. This was a nightmare and management will not even return our calls. They will only communicate by email. The bed bugs were everywhere and were large and had to have been there for awhile.
