09/14/19 at 4:07am I checked in the room at 11pm and was awaken my friend saying something was crawling on him. I woke up and turned on the light and discovered 2 bed bugs so I immediately went to the office and reported my discovery to management who told me it was impossible after killing several with his hand and seeing more himself he blamed me and said they came from me. I explained that I don't have them and how could I bring several bugs with me that were already in their pillow. He then said that I brought them from home shortly after the discovery I noticed several on the comforter and sheets so I then called management and after clearly seeing the adult version bug they still did nothing just killed it and told me to get some rest. I asked for another room and the manager said he didn't have anymore available so I requested my money back and he yelled at me and told me no. So my friend and I left and explained that we would be reporting them. He stated that he didn't care.
