Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I stayed here 8/18 thru 8/21 in room 105. I am a night shift worker so I woke the 2nd day I stayed at 230pm and found a bed bug on my pillow. I had a few small bites on my legs. I had some baggies from my tolietries so I bagged it up and called the front desk. The front desk clerk said they would have to confirm with maintenance as she did not know what a bed bug looked like. They came and looked and said nothing other than we will move you to another room. No apologies or refunds were given. But they did fumigate 105 and the room before and after. They didnâ€™t offer to treat my items or even help me move to the new room. Extremely rude.

Date of incident- 10/08/2019 at roughly 11pm. My wife woke up itching and covered in bites. She managed to kill a couple bugs, which left blood spots on the sheets. Staff offered to switch our room, but we denied the offer in favor of a refund. They refused the refund and we left. Other similar reviews (that I neglected to check before booking) confirm they knew of the infestation beforehand.
