Date 07/27/2019 Received seven bites during the night. Management insisted they had no bed bugs. Bites were in a line on three sites on body which is what bed bugs normally do. No adjustment to $137 charge and kept insisting they had no bed bugs. Checked out 07/27/2019 never to return.

9/15 - 9/22 The first couple nights I awoke to bed bug bites but my girlfriend was fine, so I figured I must have been bit from a mosquito or something. On the 22 my girlfriend had awoken with bites so I informed management. They had been aware of the previous tenants mentioning something the previous month so they sent someone to look. They did a poor job of investigating and said it must be a spider. About 5 minutes after they left, I personally found evidence of bed bugs and physically captured one. All with photo and video evidence. Upon showing management, they decided to clean the sheets and refund one night. Horrible experience.
