My friends and I stayed at this hotel the night of July 15th. After a single night's stay we thought we had hives but continued our trip assuming we were tired. Over the next few days we realized the hives were bed bug bites which I confirmed with my doctor. We each had about 40 bites, mine were all over while a friend's were only on her arms. We were in different beds in the same room. When we first notified the hotel later that week, we were told we had to wait until Tuesday (July 23rd) for the general manager to be in. After we got back in contact today (July 24th) management said it wasn't their problem and told us if we wanted any refund we had to go through Expedia. During our calls with Expedia we found out the person who took our call last week was the general manager and the hotel was giving us the runaround. After checking further reviews on Expedia people have mentioned bed bugs in at least April 2019 and September 2018. This hotel has had a history of bed bugs and the management doesn't care if you get covered in bites as long as they got your money for the stay.
