June 15, 2019 at 1:50 am We checked in, went up to the room, found a bed bug on the sheets. We took a picture for proof, went to check out and were told the night staff couldn't do that. We left and went back to our friend's. In the morning we called to talk to the manager and were told he is on vacation. For a week that he would call us back. We also emailed him that day. We still have not recieved a response after 6 calls and a email. We contacted our credit card company and they are disputing the charge as we were only there for 10 minutes.

Today, 9/20/19 we checked in around 6pm at the Ramada on Pacific Highway. Had dirty sheets, a rude front desk employee(refused to change the sheets because housekeeperwas gone.), no cable( said he was already on the phone with the cable company and stopped talking to me), all before I spotted a bedbug crawling towards my face. Told the front desk clerk and he just shook his head. I left immediately. Was there a total of 5 hours with my partner for date night.

January 10th 2023 I booked a room at this hote; the first room they wouldn't help me so I waited till the morning and spoke with another receptionist, she switched me to a new room I thought it was okay until I went to bed and woke up because I was itching, I pulled the sheets back and found a bed bug, I caught it, took it to the reception and they switched me rooms now this room they switched me to was okay until I went to bed and woke up again because I was getting bit but this time my daughter got bit on her face all on her neck her back her arms I also was bit on my foot my chest and my right side, I pulled the sheets back and found 3 bed bugs and one crawling on my pillow, I showed the front desk and he said not again AND THEN I LEFT. I EMAILED THE MANAGER BECAUSE THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE SAID THEY CANT HELP ME AND THEY DON'T HAVE A NUMBER TO THERE MANAGER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK. THE FRONT DESK SAID THERE IS NOT MANAGER, FIRST THEY TOLD ME HE WOULD BE BACK NEXT WEEK NOW THEY SAY HES WORKING FROM HOME AND THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT HIM IS THROUGH EMAIL EVEN THEY HAVE TO CONTACT HIM BY EMAIL. I HAVE VIDEOS PICTURES ALL THAT PROOF AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY DON'T HAVE BUGS.

We checked in Sept. 16, 2023 to find 3 bedbugs within 2 mins. One on the desk, my husband killed, one ran across the sheet and was very little and a cockroach in the bathroom. We left immediately and requested a refund. We would not give our receipt back and called the police. The policeman asked for the receipt and he wouldn't give it back. He told us he would shred it. We left. They charged our card and told our Credit card that my husband stayed and left the next day and said our stay was great. I'm fighting this charge and they need help with their bed bug and roach problem.
