We were there for a total of 2 out of 3 days that we had paid for. The first night we were there, there were some obvious things that were wrong but looked past. The following day my cousin had found 3 bug bites on her boyfriends arm that had 3 in a row. We all kind’ve looked past it since we checked the mattress’s and didn’t see anything. But they had also slept on the pullout couch that night. The following day. More bites appeared not only on the same guy but on their daughter. So since not only were there more bites but on 2 people. We had left for the morning when we had discovered them. So once our activities were done for the day we prepare to tell the receptionist what had been going on. She was definitely playing like she had no clue. We asked for our full refund and were told we could have the last days pay. After arguing about getting it back. Because our stuff was in the room most of that afternoon. So they were considering it that last day. So after a couple calls to the manager from the girl at the front desk the manger told her to go up and look for fecal matter. Doing digging my cousin and I found bed bug residue not only on the mattress but all behind the hinges on the bathroom door, closet walls, and behind a picture frame. When the desk lady went up we also pointed out a not completely dead cockroach in front of the elevator and someone’s door. Once she started observing the room she talked about going on a stay and they had them and what we saw were for sure bed bug stuff. When she got back downstairs and back on the phone she only discussed part of the findings making it seem like there wasn’t much. And ended up sitting there for 3 hours trying to get what little they were going to give back and got the run around. Worst stay in a hotel ever. Our room was 506 an I bet they didn’t do anything but wipe down the walls. It took what money what we got back plus 60$+ to treat all of our belongings and vehicles. And can’t forget our ac unit never worked until we were about to leave. Happened on July 14-16 2019 happened around 5 when we got back
