7-13-19 Checked in and got assigned room #514, King bed room, we stripped the bed and checked the bed as I always do when I check into a hotel, and found dead bedbugs between the mattress and box springs. We went back to the front desk to report it Front desk clerk sent in housekeeping and we showed them the dead bed bug between the mattress and box springs. They then gave us room #413 King room, house keeping went with us to check this room, with them present, we pulled off the bedding, slid off the mattress and found dead bed bug in that bed as well, also a massive amount of hair and dirt accumulated along the edge of the head of the bed. At that point we refused to stay at the hotel, and requested to cancel. they cancelled our reservation and Marriott Customer Service help us get a room at the Fairfield Marriott down the street at the same rate. The Fairfield was extremely clean and bug free, no issues there so we checked in at Fairfield.
