Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

june 24th 2019 we were staying the end days of a friends stay at this timeshare. we went in after bieng out of unit i sat down across from murphy bed and noticed something brown in corner of boxspring. i got up and went over told my son i think its a bed bug got a spoon and cup, tried to retrieve it it fell and got away. i have experienced bed bug infestation before . i went to look for more on other side and there it was a bigger full bedbug. i caught it in a cup and brought it front desk. they did not seem concerned at all. we said it needs to be reported they did not seem to think it was a big deal. i told them i was going to report it. i called my friends who stayed there first and told them to get their things wrapped up and out of house because unit had bed bugs. we left immediatly i am extremely afraid of bringing bed bugs home again. it was a very long ,costly experience
