6/29/19 Last Saturday woke up to bedbugs crawling around my face and legs. Immediately took a shower, packed up my belongings, and walked down to report it. The front desk clerk Ivy stated that a manager was not available to speak with but she could move me to a different room. I told her I would like a refund for the night, and she said per their policy they must verify with post control that the bed bugs are present first and then a refund will be given. After going back and forth about the policies they have in place she mentioned that bed bug reporting occur about ONCE A MONTH! Once I called her out on this she immediately tried to back track and say they are actually reported every 6 months or so. Regardless, this is grounds for infestation and this place needs to be shut down so the issue can be corrected and new employees and management can be hired. I should not have had to deal with this on my vacation and hope others don't have to go through the nightmare that I had.
